The location was central, excellent very close to tram line. The breakfast had a great selection of food and it was very very good. The staff was willing to help giving us information about places.

Very good breakfast, a wide range of options available. Brand-new and new-fashioned units with a good shower, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and outstandingly accommodating staff. Excellent, marvellous location right beside on the of the tram stops. So close to do in Strasbourg, and the bus station.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was a dream, just a short stroll from the Cathedral and Petite France. The staff's friendliness was refreshing.

The room itself felt a bit snug for comfortable movement.

The location was good, just off the cathedral and other tourist sites around town, the historic centre and tram stop outside and easily accessible👍

Three-person room is good, two person is fine, but quite small. General impression is positive, the hotel has a perfect location for a city trip. We took no breakfast, so no comment on breakfast. It's a bit tricky to arrive by car, as to unload your luggage you'll have to nearly block the street. No parking at the hotel, but the girl at the reception showed us a good nearby public parking at only 9 euro per 24 hours, basically free of charge :)

Wonderful hotel in the city center, very friendly staff at the reception, advised an excellent restaurant, gave a map of the city.

It is hard to find the hotel by car even with satnav. A public undergound garage was ~ 10euros/day at Place Guttenbeg.

The location is almost dead central and right outside a tram station, there's no way this could really get better. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy with great privacy. Breakfast is served in a cozy little cafe area. The 24-hour reception was staffed with friendly people.

superb and comfortable accommodations. Extremely quiet and clean. Staff went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful beyond anything most hotels ever do. They were also superb with e-mails--answering questions, getting information in advance and even going so far as to mail me the pajamas I forgot in my room. Directly by the tram stop. Centrally located and easy to reach from the main train station--just a few stops. Highly recommended.

The rooms were lovely and the so were the staff, they spoke perfect english and were always willing to help us. Thank you for helping us have a great weekend away.

Consider providing more substantial bedding options!!! A thicker blanket would definitely enhance comfort. Better noise insulation is needed. I could hear neighbors all night!!! Lastly, improved communication regarding payments would be appreciated.
